Conyers Locally Grown is a small group of growers located around Conyers, Georgia. We are an expansion of the locally grown network. Each grower farms his/her land using strict standards to ensure that everything produced is chemical-free. All member farms are dedicated to supplying their customers with the freshest and highest quality.

She likes really good coffee, and figured other people would, too. So she set up some coffee carts around the city and began schooling Atlantans on how to change their morning ritual from “coffee, please” to “double tall skinny half caff bald latte, please.” Then she started thinking about cycling. And she quickly learned that a body cannot run on coffee alone (no matter how good it is). And she started thinking about breads.

Alon’s is proud to be an all made from scratch bakery and market. We use natural starters (Levain) for our breads, our pastries are made with high quality butter,and our desserts are made with several high quality chocolates including Scharffen Berger, Valrhona, El Rey. Additionally,the cream we use is a fresh cream and not the commonly found ultra pasteurized.

The land of Cane Creek Farm was bought by the Pugh family from O.W. Adams in 1986. He had bought the land from Forrest Wade, a Cherokee Indian who had grown corn on the creek bottom. A huge beech tree with Indian markings is found along Cane Creek. Subdivisions have been built on three sides of the farm in recent years, changing the rural nature of the community.
