Water and energy conservations are at the forefront of all the major operational decisions we make, along with how we can reduce and prevent pollution. We have several initiatives in place to accomplish these goals, some of which are:

Ultra low flow toilets, saving 2.4 million gallons of water per year.

Laundry recycling system.

Digital occupancy sensing thermostats.

Motion sensors and twist timers on all back of house lighting.

Food waste composting.

Local farm to table ingredients.

Recycle paper, cardboard, bulbs, batteries and ballasts.

Chef Morgan is working closely with a number of local farmers in Cartersville and the surrounding area including Rydal and Pine Log. The organic produce is incorporated into Chef Morgan’s menu on a seasonal basis. The ability to converse directly with the farmers is a huge asset to the chef, as he is able to specify exactly what he needs for his creations.
